AgentAI is operated by AgentAI (“AgentAI”, “we”, “us”). AgentAI is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the AgentAI service.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password (hashed), profile photo.
  • Content you submit: listings, prompts, uploaded media, generated outputs.
  • Support communications: messages you send to us.
  • Usage & device data: log data, IP address, device identifiers, telemetry on how the Service is used.
  • Cookies & similar technologies: see “Cookies” below.

3. Why we use it & legal basis

  • To create and operate your account and provide the Service — contract performance.
  • To bill you, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations — contract / legal obligation.
  • To secure the Service and improve it — legitimate interests.
  • To respond to support requests — contract / legitimate interests.
  • To send product updates or marketing where permitted — consent or legitimate interests; you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share data with

  • Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, storage, email, analytics and AI model providers that power the Service.
  • Merchant of Record (Paddle): for sale of subscriptions, payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers: legal, accounting and similar advisers, where necessary.
  • Authorities: where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements.

6. International transfers

Our subprocessors may process data outside your country. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or reliance on adequacy decisions) for transfers from the UK or EEA.

7. Your rights

Subject to your local law, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. UK/EEA residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by law (typically within one month under GDPR). Contact us via the in-app support to exercise your rights.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and logging, to protect personal data. No system is fully secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies required to operate the Service (for example, authentication) and limited analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break functionality.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
