AgentAI, operated by AgentAI, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact our support team from inside the app and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.

What is covered

The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time subscription purchases. Subsequent renewals and one-off top-ups can also be refunded at our discretion if requested promptly and where the underlying service was not used. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
